Product Warranty
- Limited Warranty: NexGenEFI provides a 1-year limited warranty for products containing an LCD and a PCB, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Warranty Period: The warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Warranty Coverage: This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. NexGenEFI will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective due to improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover any problem caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. This includes issues arising from improper installation, maintenance, use or disassembly.
Returns and Refunds
- Products with defects covered under warranty will be addressed by NexGenEFI.
- Proof of purchase is required for warranty service.
- Refunds are processed to the original form of payment.
- Any CUSTOM WORK is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Any DAMAGED RETURNS will NOT BE ACCEPTABLE AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!
Limitation of Liability
NexGenEFI is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
Amendments
NexGenEFI reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
