Reseller Eligibility & Selection Criteria

To be approved as an authorized NexGenEFI reseller, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  1. Business Presence

    • Operate a legitimate business with a verifiable online presence (e.g., website or active business social media account).

    • Provide a business name, address, and tax ID number (if applicable).

  2. Sales Channel

    • Must sell directly to end-users via a website, social media shop, in-store sales, or event-based sales (e.g., race events or trade shows).

    • Online marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon) are not permitted without express written approval.

  3. Content Standards

  4. Customer Support Capability

    • Must provide basic customer service (pre-sale and post-sale) and route firmware/support issues to NexGenEFI.com.

  5. Order Volume Expectation

    • Must be able to sell or promote a minimum of 5 units per quarter (flexible for race shops or niche sellers).

  6. Fair Representation

    • Must represent NexGenEFI products accurately, without misleading claims or unauthorized bundling.

  7. Agreement to Terms

    • Must agree to NexGenEFI’s MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing), discount structure, and marketing terms.

    • Must not resell to other resellers unless authorized.
